Site Administrator (Casual Position) - Olympic Dam

ICE Engineering and Construction, part of the E&A Limited group of companies, is a specialist Electrical and Instrumentation Installation company that operates in the Heavy Industrial sectors.


Having recently been awarded a major Shutdown contract for BHP Billiton at its Olympic Dam facility, ICE is currently seeking expressions of interest from highly capable and experienced Site Administrators.

  • FIFO (Adelaide Airport)
  • Camp facilities provided
  • Roster 10:4
  • 12 hr Day


Position responsibilities include:

  • Assist with Timesheets & Adjustments for wages staff 

  • Maintain Weekly Staff Registers (Rosters, Leave)

  • Maintain Employee Expense Claims

  • Completion of New Starter Documentation inclusive of employee documents, PPE, medicals

  • Management of all employee related forms, transfers, holidays, absence, sick etc

  • Mobilisation/Demobilisation of all staff

  • Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for all staff

  • Provide assistance to Supervisors and other relevant employees

  • Conduct secretarial/receptionist duties as/when required


  • To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Have at least 3 year's experience in an Administration position within the engineering and construction industries. Project experience is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced computer competencies in all Microsoft Packages, predominately Excel, Word and Power Point with an accurate typing speed of at least 75 wpm.
  • Proved ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment with a proactive adaptable attitude.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and protect confidentiality whilst maintaining an approachable attitude and ability to liaise effectively within all levels of the site team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your role.
